Below you find publications on the Sociocratic Circle-organization Method, some of which have also been translated into English or German. With each publication a brief definition of the contents.

With each of the publications you will find a checkbox. Left click on this checkbox to order a publication. You may order several publications using the same form. Please fill out your name, address and city at the ordering form, then click on the "SEND" button. You will be invoiced (or receive an "accept-giro" when paying through a Dutch account).

Wat u kunt vinden

Hieronder staan Nederlandstalige en enkele buitenlandstalige (Engelse, Duitse) publicaties over de sociocratische methode. Ze zijn gerangschikt op thema. Bij elke publicatie vindt u een korte beschrijving van de inhoud.

Hoe u bestelt

Voor elke publicatie staat een hokje. Klik met de linker muisknop op het hokje van de publicatie die u wilt bestellen. Wilt u meerdere publicaties bestellen klik dan de bijbehorende hokjes aan. Vul daarna onder meer uw naam, adres en woonplaats in op het bestelformulier. U vindt dit formulier aan het eind van de publicatielijst. Druk daarna op de knop "verzenden". Voor betaling wordt u een acceptgiro toegezonden.

Als u niet vindt wat u zoekt

Deze publicatielijst is een selectie uit de catalogus van het Sociocratisch Centrum. This book, written by the inventor of the sociocratic method, is an adaption of his thesis. It explains the theory and scientific foundations of the sociocratic method. It also contains an empirical study on the implementation of the method at Endenburg Elektrotechniek. Its more than hundred employees were the first to work with the sociocratic method.

Prize-winning case in the 1995 Case Competition of the European Federation for Management Development (EFMD). It describes the functioning of sociocracy in the past and present at Endenburg Elektrotechniek, the first company that adopted the sociocratic method.
