Circle meeting

Aim of the circles

The networking circles provide an opportunity to work on aspects of our social and work environments from a sociocratic point of view, supported by experiences of the circle members. A circle can develop its own identity e.g. by a specific point of interest. This could be in the field of science, management, education, etc.

Organization of the circles

A circle consists of people of different professions and levels of sociocratic knowledge and skills. A certified sociocratic schooling expert will be a member.

Method of the circles

At every meeting one of the circle members introduces a topic that will be discussed from a sociocratic vision. Invitation of guest speakers is one of the options. The circle meets at least six times a year. A meeting takes about two hours.
